- All pricing is in U.S. Dollars. Price does not include taxes or shipping costs.
- Product data, including prices, may rarely have errors on our “Site” due to problems with system or user entry. We reserve the right to correct any errors when they do occur, and we do not honor incorrect prices. If a product's listed price is incorrect, we will, at our discretion, either contact you before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and correct price if that is the case. Some products that we sell may appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the “Site”. In addition, the color and size of the product may vary depending on the type of monitor you use and its settings.
- CUSTOM ORDERS – For a custom order, we require 50% deposit before production can begin. Any custom product remains the property of By Design Gems, LLC until completion of the project. Final payment must be received before shipment.
